Prior to JBS Management, LLC, Jessica worked for Faropoint, where she was an Asset Management Associate playing a dual role in overseeing the due diligence of new acquisitions as well as managing the properties already on board. In addition, Jessica worked for Lee & Associates, where she was involved with property management, leasing, project management and tenant relations. She actively worked on mixed-use industrial properties and industrial warehouses in the Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota markets. Also instrumental in developing, coordinating and managing the Maintenance Technician team.
